The business brain for creative people.

I'm Amin. I help artists, photographers and makers with the business side of their work: pricing, finding clients, and deciding what's next. You bring the work. I bring the plan.

  • You have followers, but not many buyers.

  • You know your work is good. Your income doesn't show it yet.

  • You never know what to charge, so you charge too little.

  • You have many ideas and no idea which one deserves your time.

What we do together

  • Turn your ideas into one plan, with steps and dates.

  • Figure out who actually buys work like yours, and how to reach them.

  • Practise the conversations you avoid: studio visits, fairs, negotiations, asking for money.

  • Decide what's next. And what to stop doing.

How it works

  • We do a free working session, about an hour, in person or online. You bring the one thing you're most stuck on and we turn it into a plan. Even if we never speak again, you leave with something useful.

  • If we both want to continue, we pick a package and agree how often we meet.

  • From there we meet regularly in Amsterdam, or online, and I check in between sessions.

How I work

I'm not the kind of coach who asks questions and nods. I give you ideas, opinions and pushback. I've built my own businesses, so when we talk about pricing, marketing or finding clients, it comes from experience. We stay on what matters to you and turn it into steps you can take.

Options

Working session (Free)We spend an hour on your most annoying problem: pricing, clients, or a decision you keep circling. If it's a good fit, we talk about continuing.
3 Sessions (€300)For one clear problem. Could be your prices, a launch, or a pitch you keep avoiding. We get clear on what you want and why it hasn't happened yet, build a simple plan, and I keep you on track until it's done.
6 Sessions (€525)For building a habit that sticks: a steady flow of client work, a selling routine, marketing that happens every week instead of when you panic. Enough time to try things, adjust, and make it normal.
12 Sessions (€950)For changing how you run your creative practice, rather than just fixing one thing. Pricing, clients, planning, and the conversations you avoid. We work on how you operate day to day. This is the longest support, for when you want the business side handled.

The Details:

  • Location: Sessions are in-person in Amsterdam where possible, or online if needed.

  • Pricing: All prices include VAT.

  • Reduced Rates: At any given moment, I provide 3 spots at a lower rate for those who are highly committed but can't afford the full amount. If cost is a barrier, please mention it during our intro call.

About me

My name is Amin. I run my own businesses, including a language learning business. Everything I teach about pricing and finding clients, I've had to do myself first.I can't draw, throw a pot or hold a tune. But I can look at what you make, see who would pay for it, and help you build the path between the two. Creatives have the part I admire. And I have the part they tend to avoid.Over the past two decades I've had to do the work on myself: fear, impulse, other people's expectations. Step by step I changed how I operate, built my own business, and stopped waiting. Nine years ago I became a certified coach. My style is grounded and very practical. I give opinions, I follow up, and I expect you to take ownership. You do the work and I make sure it happens.

Q&A

Do I need to be a full-time artist?
No. Many creative people have a day job and creative work on the side. If you want the creative side to grow, that's enough.

You're not an artist. How can you help me?
That's the point. I don't advise you on your art but help with the part around it: pricing, clients, planning, the difficult conversations. For that part, being an outsider is an advantage.

Are you going to push me to make more commercial work?
No. We start from the work you want to do, then figure out the money side around it. Sometimes that means trade-offs, and I'll name them, but the direction is yours.

Is this coaching?
Sort of, but not the kind where I only ask questions and nod. I give ideas, opinions and pushback, more like a sparring partner. I'm a certified coach, so the structure is there. The style is just more direct.

Where do the in-person sessions take place?
We meet at a quiet cafe or workspace in Amsterdam. It depends on how casual or formal you’d like it to be. If you travel for work or live outside the city, we will do the sessions online.
